FAQs
How many sessions do you provide a client ?
It is difficult to say how many sessions it would take for a client to feel relief and achieve balance in their lives. Most evidence-based practices have steps or modules so clients can process their thoughts and emotions. Some clients may take longer than others to go through the modules. In your free session, we discuss your issue and determine a treatment plan that would fit you or your family. We can have a rough estimate during that session, but again, your relief of symptoms determines termination or when you want to stop sessions.
What if a clinician can’t help me with my issue ?
If requested, we will help you find a practitioner or agency that can help you.
Do you take insurance ?
Yes, we do! We accept Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Oxford, Oscar, Horizon Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of New Jersey, and United Healthcare. Also, we accept many other health insurances through Thrizer. If you have out-of network benefits, we take accept insurance through a company, Thrizer. Thrizer can help you verify your out-of-network benefits and instantly reimburse you for sessions after you meet your deductible. We’ll deal with insurance and wait for reimbursements on your behalf!
